Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
During limited drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.
Estimated shipping times are:

Limited Drops and Made-to-Order Items
Some Godstar items may be limited, handmade, or made in small batches.
If an item is made-to-order or part of a limited drop, please allow extra time for production and fulfillment. Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or on qualifying orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it is created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Godstar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Godstar is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
International Shipping
At this time, Godstar may only ship within the United States unless international shipping is available at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
